Another autotuned Christmas song, and yet it still works. (If you can tell that I'm not fond of autotune, that's why I'm surprised that it works here.)
I really love autotune. Something about the tonal quality, I think. It has a synaesthetic impact sometimes, like stroking velvet. I also like it for the alienating, distancing, effect that leeches the emotion and even the humanity out of the vocal, although in this case it's almost doing the exact opposite.
