Too late in the evening for a full post about the epic prep and cheesy anti-climax that was my Bonemass experience. I'll just say that I spent three full days preparing and the fight lasted ten minutes.
Also, it wasn't a fair fight because I built a tower.
And when I say I built a tower I mean I built a tower!
But, hey, he was calling in all his pals so I think I was entitled to even the playing field a little. Just maybe not that much.
Hugin turned up at the end to tell me what the Wishbone that dropped is
for. I notice he doesn't tell me where to go to start using it, though. Lucky
I already know.
It's off to the mountains. It would be something new to look forward to if I hadn't spent most of the day there already, prepping for this.
But that's cool. I discovered I really like the mountains. So much better than the swamp. I'll be very glad to see the back of that dank, dreary, dismal place.
Onward and upward, then. Literally.
Full report tomorrow, all being well.
Heh, as you were posting this we were out in the swamp near the big skull, having planted a portal nearby, and were building a tree house platform from which to shoot Bonemass. We'll see how it goes.
ReplyDeleteHope it went well! All my disasters happened in the prep - the actual fight was a non-event.
