    At first I was wondering if the song was a metaphor for being high, and I can't really shake the feeling I'm missing something here, but I really liked it. Can't find a thing about the band Count The Clock, though; that name is also taken by a production company and that's what shows up in searches.

      I'm somewhat confused about the band, too. As far as I can tell it's not a band as such, more like a theater group or some kind of arts collective. They make videos and this one just happens to have a song attached. It's a really good song, although what it's about, if it's about anything other than what it seems to be about, I have no idea either. I think it's probably just what it is.
