    As a kid, I had the Chipmunk album that their Christmas song was on, but I have absolutely never heard this one. This is great!!

      Yeah, this is a really weird one. I like Canned Heat but I'd never heard of this. It was their producer's idea, I think. It's hard to imagine why they would have gone along with it. Then again, it was the sixties. I imagine everyone was stoned. Well, not the Chipmunks... probably.
