    After a run through of the main song line, I kept expecting to hear drums and bass kick in, but that was not going to happen. Really did like what I heard, although it felt somewhat unfinished.

      It's some dad indulging his little daughter and his guitar-hero fantasies at the same time, I imagine. There's a ton of stuff like this on YouTube but most of it is of no interest to anyone outside the family. This, though, is really good. It has a genuine, unforced naivety and it makes me smile every time I hear it.

      Mrs Bhagpuss heard it playing yesterday and came in to ask what it was. When she'd listened to it, she said it reminded her of Dinosaur Jr's cover of the Cure's "Just Like Heaven", which I hadn't heard, so I played it and in a weird way it does sound like it.
